Edward Greenspon, CEO of the Public Policy Forum and author of its report The Shattered Mirror: News, Democracy and Trust in the Digital Age, delivered the keynote address and then participated in question-and-answer sessions with delegates to CWA Canada’s National Representative Council meeting in Montreal.
